Overview:

A brand-new estate agency, set-up in 2013 with intention of breaking into a highly competitive property market, we helped to get Harrison Robinson moving with an attractive, user-friendly home on the web.

Brief:

A website that displays properties to their best advantage has become an essential part of every estate agency profile; however the team at Harrison Robinson were also keen to have a site that successfully provided true focus on the properties.

As a newly established estate agency it was important for Harrison Robinson to stand out from the established crowd. They required a highly interactive website with development using either DezRez or Rightmove’s Vebra API estate agents software integration.

The result:

Our design team spent time understanding Harrison Robinson’s desired market to ensure that the website was visually engaging to attract new clients and that their clients’ properties were shown-off to their very best advantage.

We developed a website that utilises an estate agent software API, designed to integrate the website with all Harrison Robinson’s property listings on Rightmove. This integration would ensure that all property photographs, plans and details update automatically (and in real-time), leaving the Harrison Robinson team free to run their business whilst the website runs itself.

We’re delighted with Harrison Robinson’s finished website – the site offers a real showcase for their properties and the local area, whilst also being user-friendly and informative. The website has quickly established Harrison Robinson as a significant player in the area’s estate agency sector by successfully attracting new clients and profiling properties to their best advantage.
